I have an event that I want to request or announce:
- Event & Facilities Usage Request* If you would like to schedule an event at The Journey or lead an event off campus, please fill out this form.

- Announcement Request Form* This is for information you would like announced in the service guide. If it is for an event you would like scheduled at the church, please fill out the Event & Facilities Usage Request also.
I feel like I am growing in the journey, I want to sign up for the next Baptism or Baby Dedication:
- Water Baptism Request
- Parents: Please complete the Baptismal Questionnaire For Children with your child.
- Baby Dedication Request
I want to take another step in my journey:
- Register For On Ramp Are you new to the journey? If you want to know more about who we are and what we believe, then On Ramp is a great place to find out. We hang out, eat a good meal and help you figure out if this is the right place for you. Childcare is provided.
- Register For Merge On Ramp gets you on The Journey and Merge keeps you there. Come find out your place to serve on July 16 at 6:30 PM. Dinner and childcare are provided.
Small groups can’t happen without leaders:
- Small Group Leader Form If you want to lead or moderate a group, fill out this form.
*All events requests and announcement requests will be reviewed by the staff. We ask that we receive a minimum of two weeks notice so that we might be able to properly manage the facilities. All approved items will be calendered and a staff member will contact you.
